How is my digital download (eBook, audio book, etc.) delivered?

I use the helpful folks over at Bookfunnel to distribute my digital products. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a download link. Delivery is fairly immediate, so if you don't receive your email within 10-15 minutes please check your SPAM/JUNK folder because your spam filter may divert it there versus your inbox.

If you are new to Bookfunnel delivery and would like assistance with your download, please click on the NEED HELP? link at the top of the download page which will direct you to their support team. Alternately, you can email them directly at help@bookfunnel.com.

Why buy direct from Ficfusion?

Because as a creative I want to connect, and I want to own every relationship I establish. I consider it a privilege to create and maintain these bonds since they determine whether I succeed or fail.   

What is your return/refund policy?

With few exceptions, I don't offer returns or refunds on digital products. Please see the refund policy for additional information.

Ficfusion products are only available in the US at this time. Do you have plans to sell internationally?

Yes! As soon as possible! I hope my international friends will bear with me as I pursue global unification one step at a time.
